• This timeframe may occasionally vary due to personal obligations, holidays, or postal delays. I will notify you if delays exceed 4 working days.

Shipping Methods

• Small items are usually shipped via Royal Mail.

• Larger parcels may be sent via trusted UK couriers.

• I choose the best method depending on the size, value, and destination of the item.

Delivery Times

• UK deliveries typically arrive within 2 to 5 working days post-dispatch.

• International deliveries (where available) may take longer, subject to customs delays and postal system variability.

Shipping Fees

• All shipping costs are calculated based on item weight, size, and packaging requirements.

• Fees are clearly shown before checkout and reflect actual costs, not profit.

Packaging

• I use recycled and reusable materials wherever possible.

• Items are carefully protected, especially if fragile or valuable.

Combined Shipping

If you order multiple items at once, I will:

• Combine them where practical

• Adjust shipping costs accordingly

• Either reduce your total at checkout or issue a partial refund

Delayed or Lost Packages

If your item hasn’t arrived:

• UK: Please allow 10 working days

• International: Please allow 30 working days

Damaged Deliveries

Local Pickup

At this time, I do not offer local pickup. All items are shipped directly for consistency and safety.
